  • 100,000 REACHUM creditsEnough to author courses, run AI voice role-play simulations, and deploy to a meaningful learner population
  • White glove treatmentThe REACHUM Success Team builds your first deployment alongside you — no DIY learning curve, no support queue
  • A voice in the roomFront Row members sit in the room where roadmap decisions get made. Your needs shape what we build next
  • Early access to agentic capabilitiesVoice role-play extensions, agentic retrieval, and new analytics features before they reach general release
What we ask in return

Feedback as we innovate

  • Tell us what you need nextAs we push deeper into the agentic era, your real-world friction points become our priority list
  • Communicate with usWe thrive on tough, honest feedback. We love sharp opinions.
  • Honest signal on what could improveWe need to hear what doesn't work as much as what does. Soft-pedaling has little value.
  • Willingness to be referencedLogo, quote, or short case study if results warrant.

Diverse voices.
The future of learning.

The Front Row exists because the future of learning won't be designed inside one company's walls. We select for diverse feedback and opinions — across sectors, scales, and use cases — to pressure-test where the platform should go next.

We're not looking to fill seats. We're looking for voices that sharpen our thinking as we build for the agentic era.

If your work involves training people for outcomes that actually matter — and you're willing to give us honest signal on where learning needs to go — there's a real case for joining the Front Row.

If you're looking for a generic free trial, this isn't it. The application form below is designed to filter out everyone for whom this wouldn't be a fit.

Four steps. 48-hour review.

All fields marked with * are required. The two short-answer questions matter most — they're how we decide. Aim for 2–4 sentences each.

This is the question that drives selection. Be honest, not impressive.

Before you apply.

What can I actually do with 100,000 credits?
Quite a lot. The "How you can use 100,000 credits" section above the form shows the full picture — from 4,000 monthly-learner-months to 10,000 minutes of AI voice role-play practice to 200 unique scenario builds. The exact mix depends on your use case, and we'll walk through the math on the discovery call.
Is there a deadline?
No. We review on a rolling basis. The Front Row has a finite number of seats per quarter, so earlier applications have more flexibility, but there's no cliff.
Do I need to be a current REACHUM customer?
No. The grant exists specifically to bring in use cases we wouldn't otherwise encounter. Existing customers can apply for additional Front Row access, but it's not the primary audience.
What happens if I'm not selected?
You'll get an honest reply within 5 business days. If the fit isn't there now, we'll often suggest a path back — either a different timing, a different use case shape, or a standard trial of the platform.
What does "willingness to be referenced" actually mean?
It means we may ask to use your logo on a Front Row page, quote you in a case study, or feature your use case in a webinar — only with your explicit approval on the specifics. Saying "yes" to the checkbox is a signal of intent, not a binding waiver. Many Front Row members stay private; others go public. Your call.
Can my agency or consultancy apply on behalf of a client?
Yes, and we encourage it. Agencies bringing differentiated capability to fear-phase clients are a strong fit. Be clear in the application about whose problem you're solving and how the credits would be deployed.
What if I don't fit any of the listed categories?
Apply anyway. The categories are signals, not gates. A sharp use case from an unexpected angle is exactly the kind of thing that catches our attention.
