Acceptable use guidelines for REACHUM AI-powered learning tools

This Usage Policy outlines all acceptable and prohibited uses of REACHUM and REACHUM•AI, services of Click-Video, LLC, referred to in this document together as REACHUM.
This policy includes REACHUM•AI-powered content creation tools, credit-based services, private knowledge base capabilities, and learning management services. This policy applies to all users - including corporate teams, individual contributors, educators, and instructional designers, and - who access the platform.
Use of REACHUM constitutes agreement to this policy, as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Service Credit Terms.
REACHUM is designed to support responsible, high-impact learning content development. Acceptable use includes:
Uploading documents (e.g., PDFs, text) to generate lesson outlines, knowledge checks, or interactive learning pages.
Using AI features to create or enhance content — including images, activities, summaries, or retrieval practice elements.
Developing and storing private knowledge bases for secure, organization-specific content generation.
Accessing the platform through a verified account, using phone-based SMS verification.
Applying credits toward specific content creation actions, as outlined in our Service Credit Terms.
To protect all users and preserve platform integrity, the following are strictly prohibited:
Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or bypass credit limits.
Circumventing account verification, usage limits, or trial restrictions through multiple or fraudulent accounts.
Using generative AI to create misleading, unethical, or infringing content.
Uploading malicious files, phishing attempts, or executable code.
Accessing or attempting to access accounts, files, or knowledge bases that you do not own or have permission to use.
Engaging in activity that degrades platform performance or availability (e.g., excessive automation, scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
Uploading, generating, or sharing content that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.
Using REACHUM•AI to support or spread misinformation, hate speech, political manipulation, or harmful ideologies.
Violating any applicable law, regulation, or institutional policy.
REACHUM•AI operates on a credit-based usage system to reflect the cost and intensity of AI-powered features. Credits are deducted for each content generation action, including:
Lesson outline creation
AI-generated imagery
Text-based support pages
Interactive knowledge checks
Users must not:
Share accounts for the purpose of pooling credits
Attempt to game the system by using bots, extensions, or unauthorized integrations
Used credits to generate content at a volume that disrupts service to others
We reserve the right to audit usage and take corrective action if abuse is suspected.
To ensure legitimate access and prevent misuse of trial services, REACHUM requires SMS verification during account creation.
By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages solely for account setup, access, and security.
Frequency of SMS messages is limited and strictly operational.
Use of VOIP, disposable numbers, or automated services to bypass verification is prohibited.
REACHUM may take corrective action if this policy is violated, including but not limited to:
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Loss of credits without refund
Removal of generated content
Notification to your organization (for institutional accounts)
Legal action in cases of fraud, infringement, or malicious conduct
We reserve the right to investigate reported or suspected misuse at our sole discretion.
We may update this Usage Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of REACHUM•AI after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
