Randall Tinfow
Co-Founder & Chief Learning Architect
Randall Tinfow has spent more than four decades exploring a single question: how can technology help people learn, perform, and make better decisions?
His career spans the evolution of digital learning — from the earliest generations of interactive video and multimedia to today's AI-powered learning systems.
Before founding REACHUM, Randall created award-winning interactive media projects, including work recognized by the Paley Center for Media, and produced educational technology solutions for major publishers, healthcare companies, and global enterprises.
His work has consistently focused on moving beyond passive content delivery toward measurable learning experiences — systems that capture engagement, reveal understanding, and help organizations improve performance. REACHUM was created from that same philosophy.
As artificial intelligence transforms how information is created, Randall believes the challenge for organizations is no longer simply producing more content. It is building learning ecosystems where knowledge stays current, expertise is preserved, and leaders can measure whether learning creates meaningful change.
His writing focuses on
- AI and the future of learning
- Learning architecture and content portability
- Measurement and performance analytics
- Enterprise knowledge management
- The evolution from static training content to adaptive learning systems
Randall continues to advocate for practical innovation: using technology not as a replacement for human expertise, but as infrastructure that helps organizations capture and scale it.
