This policy pertains to REACHUM and REACHUM•AI, brands of Click-Video LLC. In this document we will refer to them jointly as REACHUM.
At REACHUM, we are committed to protecting your privacy and building trust through transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you access or interact with our platform, including AI-enhanced features and challenge-based learning tools.
1. Information We collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
Personal Information
- Email Address – Used for account creation, login, communication, and associating your learning history and challenge results with your identity.
- Phone Number – Collected solely for SMS short code verification and multi-factor authentication. Users must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages during account registration. Phone numbers are not used for marketing or shared with third parties for promotional purposes.
- Name and Organization – Optional fields used to personalize your experience and support enterprise use cases.
User-Generated Content
- Challenge Results – Completion status, responses, and scores from quizzes, challenges, or interactive learning experiences.
- Uploads and Prompts – Files, questions, and custom content you provide to REACHUM•AI to generate learning materials.
Platform Usage Data
- Log data, such as session times, feature usage, and interaction history, may be collected for performance monitoring and feature improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide access to REACHUM features, including AI-assisted content generation and personalized learning paths.
- Authenticate your identity using SMS short codeverification.
- Track and report learning progress, including challengescores and completion status.
- Associate your challenge results with your user profile tosupport compliance, credentialing, and team reporting.
- Communicate platform updates, technical support, andservice-related notices.
- Improve our AI models and platform features usingaggregated, de-identified data only.
2.1 Abuse of Platform Features
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or bypass credit limits.
- Circumventing account verification, usage limits, or trial restrictions through multiple or fraudulent accounts.
- Using generative AI to create misleading, unethical, or infringing content.
2.2 Security Violations
- Uploading malicious files, phishing attempts, or executable code.
- Accessing or attempting to access accounts, files, or knowledge bases that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Engaging in activity that degrades platform performance or availability (e.g., excessive automation, scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
2.3 Inappropriate or Harmful Content
- Uploading, generating, or sharing content that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Using REACHUM to support or spread misinformation, hate speech, political manipulation, or harmful ideologies.
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or institutional policy.
We do not use your personal data to train public AI models, nor do we sellyour information to third parties.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- Withyour organization(e.g., employer, training provider, or institution) if you access REACHUM as part of an enterprise deployment. This may include your name, email, and performance data.
- With trusted service providers who support platform functions, including AI services, cloud hosting, and SMS verification. These providers are contractually bound to use your information solely to perform services on our behalf.
- Asrequired by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or government request.
We do not allow service providers to access your challenge results oruploaded content unless it is required for system functionality (e.g., secure AI processing).
4. REACHUM and Uploaded Content
REACHUM allows users to generate learning materials by uploading files, entering URLs, entering prompts, and interacting with private knowledge bases.
- Your uploads are stored securely and are only accessible within your account or organization unless shared with outsiders by you.
- We do not use your data to train public AI models.
- You may delete uploaded content at any time.
- AI-generated content is treated as user-generated material and is not published or shared without your action.
We maintain strict boundaries between individual user data and the content we use to refine system performance, which is done only using anonymized, aggregate-level insights.
5. Data Retention
We retain:
- Email addresses and associated learning activity (including challenge results) as long as your account remains active.
- SMS phone numbers only as needed to complete verification or comply with security requirements; they are not stored long-term or used for marketing communications.
- Uploaded documents and AI prompts until you delete them or close your account.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Update or correct your information.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export your learning history upon request.

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information,including:
- Data encryption at rest and in transit.
- Encryption keys are stored in our Scranton office and backed up offline in a secure, private facility.
- Role-based access controls.
- Secure handling of SMS and email verification.
- Regular vulnerability scans and compliance reviews.
Our AI systems are isolated from public model training and are designed for secure enterprise use.
8. Children's Privacy
REACHUMis designed for adult learners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collectdata from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware of such data,we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as we add new features or to meet legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes through email orin-app alerts. Continued use of REACHUM after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
